Set against the familiar backdrop of the beach, the sound of the sea and the relaxed atmosphere of Breakers, this exclusive weekend introduces a new rhythm on the plate. Together with chef Keng, our team presents a refined interpretation of Thai cuisine, where balance, freshness and depth of flavour come together. Throughout the menu, sweet, sour, salty and spicy elements unfold layer by layer. A subtle yet expressive take on Thai flavours, perfectly suited to an evening by the sea. During this exclusive weekend, a specially curated five-course menu will be served at €87.50 per person. The regular à la carte menu will also remain available.
