Flow Yoga Sessions – MC Wellness

Every Tuesday evening at 7:15pm, throughout July, you can join Flow Yoga Sessions at MC Wellness. Yoga offers numerous benefits for the body and mind. It improves flexibility, strength and posture, and helps relieve physical complaints such as back pain. Mentally, yoga reduces stress and anxiety, promotes inner peace, and improves sleep and concentration. By practising yoga regularly, you will experience better overall health and well-being.
