MC Wellness: Breathing, Yoga, Meditation

This period at MC Wellness is all about the element of air! Enjoy calming beach and dune walks, along with various mindfulness sessions centered around the theme of ‘Breathing’, including breathing techniques, yoga, and meditation. Each session is paired with a corresponding wellness treatment.

These sessions also offer you the opportunity to enhance your vitality further and combine a refreshing dip in the sea with exclusive access to the mindfulness timeslot of the sauna, starting at 7:00 AM. Additionally, you will have access to the silence and meditation space on the seaside of Grand Hotel Huis ter Duin.

‘Conscious of Air’ Packages

Air Breathing Session – €295 per person

  • 60-minute Air Breathing Session
  • 55-minute Relaxation Massage
  • Goal: Become aware of your breathing
  • Organized on Wednesday, April 16, and Wednesday, April 23

Air Yoga Session – €295 per person

  • 60-minute Air Yoga Session
  • 55-minute Connective Tissue Massage
  • Goal: Move more freely and with ease
  • Organized on Thursday, April 17, and Friday, April 25

Air Meditation – €295 per person

  • 60-minute Air Meditation
  • Full-body massage including scalp and feet
  • Goal: Connect with your inner self
  • Organized on Friday, April 18, and Thursday, April 24

Also, take advantage of our ‘Happy Walker’ walking routes and/or the available e-bikes for a comfortable or challenging bike ride before or after your session.

You can easily make a reservation via mcwellnesscentre@huisterduin.com.

Sessions require a minimum of 6 participants and are subject to availability. ‘Conscious of Air’ Packages include tea and mineral water. Exclusive access to the sauna from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM during the mindfulness timeslot, as well as (exclusive) access to the silence and meditation space on the seaside of Grand Hotel Huis ter Duin.
