Chef de Partie

Our kitchen brigade is looking to strengthen the team with a Chef de Partie. Together with the kitchen team, you will be responsible for the kitchen work in your section. From the garde to the entremetier, you will ensure that your section is always organized, thereby forming an important foundation in the kitchen team at Grand Hotel Huis ter Duin.

Restaurant Supervisor

As Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for the smooth running of daily operations. The team consists of 15–25 enthusiastic employees. Within the team, you will act as the point of contact for employees and guests.

You will set an example within the team and manage based on the service standards of Huis ter Duin and Preferred.
Your enthusiastic and motivated attitude contributes to an optimal work attitude and atmosphere within the team, and you delegate the right tasks at the right time.
You are commercially minded and know how to convey your passion for food and drink to guests and employees.
Your position is focused on hospitality, in which you are actively involved in the operation on a daily basis.
